By accessing or using elecyt.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its products.

1. Products and Licensing

All plugin configurations and downloadable content on this website are provided as non-exclusive, non-transferable licenses. You are allowed to modify configurations for personal use.

You may not redistribute, resell, or share any configuration files in any form—modified or unmodified—without express consent from ElecYT. Contact here if you have any copyright related questions.

2. Free vs. Instant Access Downloads

Some configurations are offered as free downloads with a short wait, while a $2.50 config purchase on Ko-fi unlocks instant downloads for that configuration and all other configurations offered by ElecYT.

  • Free Downloads may be used with proper attribution.
  • Instant Access Downloads provide the same configuration files without the free-download wait and include priority support.
  • A qualifying $2.50 purchase of any config unlocks instant download access for every config currently offered, and this same model should be used for future config pages unless stated otherwise.

Support may be provided via email, Discord, or other platforms at the discretion of ElecYT.

3. Payments and Refunds

All purchases made through elecyt.xyz (via Ko-fi and PayPal) are final. Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued once a product is downloaded.

4. User Accounts

You are not required to create an account to access or download content. However, transaction and support communication may be handled via third-party services (e.g., Ko-fi, PayPal, Discord).

5. Limitation of Liability

All files are provided “as is.” ElecYT is not responsible for any damages, data loss, plugin conflicts, or performance issues that may arise from using these configurations. Always back up your server before applying new configurations.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with U.S. law.

7. Changes to These Terms

ElecYT reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
